1981 – 1984 White House Series s

The White House Historical Association has been manufacturing an annual ornament with Beacon Design, since 1981. Each year, a new design is created honoring the next President in succession. The 1981 -1984 boxed set marks the beginning of the White House Ornament series. These pieces are no longer sold individually.

This set highlights the 81′ Angel in Flight which is the first ornament in the series along with ornaments highlighting 82′ George Washington (1789-1797), 83′ John Adams (1797-1801) and 84′ Thomas Jefferson (1801-1809). Each piece is made in the USA from solid brass, finished in 24 karat gold and is packaged in a gift box with a romance card detailing the ornament and it’s historical significance.
